Our 3 Step (Business) Risk Management Programme has been specifically developed to help you to identify and quantify your exposure to risk and then to identify and provide you with tailormade solutions designed to eliminate and/or minimize the potential impact of identified risk exposure on your business.

At Northwood, we firmly believe in the age-old adage that prevention is better than the cure and that is why, before we even begin to think of offering you any potential solutions or courses of action, we work closely with you to establish and identify existing or impending risks or threats to the future health of your business. We do this because every business, large or small, is threatened by a multitude of potential liabilities.

A thorough risk audit having been conducted, we will meet with you to report on our detailed assessment of your risk exposure and cover in order to help you to take stock of and quantify any identified 'risk gaps' and liabilities that we have uncovered and that we would recommend required action on your part.
One size certainly doesn't fit all
Just as every business is different, we recognize that the solutions required to manage their identified risk exposure can also be very different.
